She is done!

The referee raises Naomi's hand once, then twice, and then a third time. No movement.

The bell rings.

"Dr. Mika did it!" Tommy yells with the crowd, "She retains the championship!"

Mika pulls out of Naomi, and let the milk drips out of her mouth while the referee holds Mika's hand.

The good doctor gives a smile before leaning over the fallen Naomi, and untie the ring gag around her mouth. She then kissed Naomi on the forehead as the Smother Queen starts to wake up.

Mika holds her hand out to Naomi, who slowly takes it. The doctor pulls Naomi up and both women raise their hands in victory.

Mika then turns to Kiro, who is standing outside, and wiggles a finger at him to come inside.

Kiro obeys and stands before two powerful women who look down upon him.
