She is curious

Emily remembers back to when she first heard the news of Yuri and Josh breaking up.

It was the day after the big college football game against YDC. When Yuri met up with the rest of them, her makeup was completely smudged, and her face and hair looked rough, like she was recovering from a long crying session

Once the rest of the girls saw this, they treated Yuri to some ice cream at a parlor Casandra frequently goes to. Emily distinctly remembered Yuri looking a lot happier after the day was through.

But now, Emily is curious as to specifics of their breakup.

“Yuri, Truth or Dare?” Emily says, determined to find her answer.

“Damn, two in a row. I’ll go truth again,” Yuri says, feeling ganged up on.

“Why did you and Josh break up?” Emily asks.

Yuri pauses for a second before sitting up straight, a mean smirk on her face grows larger.

“Alright, girls. Y’all wanna listen to some tea?” Yuri asks the group. Everyone leans in closer to listen to Yuri’s story.

“So, it was the day of the football game against YDC, and Josh texts me to meet him by the locker rooms,” Yuri recalls.

“Yeah, I remember you saying you had to leave real quick. We were already in our seats too,” Sarah says. She always found it strange that Yuri would just leave randomly.

“So, once I got there, Josh told me something….” Yuri goes on, continuing to tell the story.
