Olive entered the bakery on time, she always enjoyed the traditional bell when the door opened to indicate someone was entering. She walked straight to the room where the lockers were to put her personal items in and grab her apron.

"Olive?" she heard as she walked past the little office, "is that you?" "Yes Mrs. Hart, it's me!" she replied cheerfully. "Will you join me in a moment, I need to discuss something with you." "Of course Mrs. Hart, I'll just put my things in my locker and then I'll join you."

"There I am," Olive said as she stepped into the little office. Mrs. Hart looked at her seriously. "Olive, some complaints have come in about you. Especially from your colleagues." Olive looked at her startled: "Complaints? About me? What kind of complaints then Mrs. Hart?"
