She has an idea

During dinner time Jessie gets an idea, when she was reading "written Ownership" the rules of the power didn't limit to simple markers. When nobody is looking she takes a plastic spoon and breaks it, then she hides it in her pants. After dinner time she waits for the lights to be shut off, gets a quick beating from her cell mate and then it's time to shine

She takes the the broken spook and starts to use it to write on the wall "please work please work please work....."
she whispers to herself as she writes 'Jessie's Jane Room' and underneath it there are rules that should apply to everyone in the room

First rule: nobody can enter or leave the room without Jessie's Permission
Second rule: everyone has to obey Jessie while in the room

"Please work..." She says to herself as she feels a kick from the back it was her cellmate

"YOU stupid Whore, you wo-" she pauses when she sees the wall

"wtf!? since when does the cell has those rules! FUCK! h-hey... im sorry abou-" She gets cut off again by Jessie kicking her belly

"Oh i bet you're sorry now you bitch. Get on your knees and worship my feet while i think of a right way to punish you"

She obeys with a mad look, but she obeys her while she's in the room. while kissing and licking her feet, Jessie think's of a way to punish the bitch...
