She goes on a podcast

Brie’s agent suggests she do damage control. She doesn’t think she has anything to apologize but she accepts an offer to go on podcast called Patriot Talk where they say they just want to discuss topics with her.

She goes on the podcast with the hosts Mark and James the next day. They mostly talk about her career as well as flirt with her often. Brie can’t help but flirt back, they’re both fit white men in their late 20s. They eventually get to the topic of Brie’s controversy.

“I don’t see why this was something made such a big deal over,” Mark says

“It’s because the left is so fucking woke and love to cancel everybody, like even someone like you Brie who they loved but you do something small that they dislike and now they’ll hate you forever,” James explained his point of view

“Yeah, everyone seems to have gone a bit crazy with this kind of stuff,” Brie says, slightly sheepishly

“Like even in your new Marvel you’re being sidelined by two unknown non-white women because of your skin color,” Mark adds on

“Yeah, that was a bit of a let down…I would have liked a true sequel with my character as the main focus…sometimes it does feel like I am put at a disadvantage because of my skin color,” Brie continued. The podcast went on for about an hour more with Mark and James continuing to get Brie to agree with right wing talking points.
