She gives Tori her present

After finding out about each other more than they did before is when Lily brings out her present that she wanted to give to Tori which was outside in her car so it could be a surprise. So that leads Lily to hand over the gift she got for Tori for her birthday since she is now her fiance so she had to get her something good that she could put to good use. That leads to Tori smiling at Lily when Lily handed her the present that Lily had given to her for her birthday which is today.
