Where does Vanessa go from there?

She gets a job at the café

As Vanessa exited the town hall, she couldn't shake the feeling that this FU initiative was both revolutionary and complicated. She knew she had to be more careful about how she spent her time, especially since being in public spaces was now part of her civic duty. She thought about the idea of having a job. She would be safe at the workplace and then only need to spend a shorter "reasonable time" after work to keep the initiative satisfied. Vanessa walked back to her car, deep in thought about what she had just learned. She started the car and started driving home. After driving for a couple of blocks, Vanessa spotted a "HELP WANTED" sign at the window of a café. "A café? I should be able to manage that", Vanessa thought and parked in front of the café.

Vanessa walked into the café, feeling a mix of nerves and excitement. She approached the counter and saw a young man behind it, looking bored.

"Hi, I saw your help wanted sign. I was wondering if you're hiring?" Vanessa asked politely, trying to make a good impression. The young man looked up from his phone, seeming surprised to see someone interested in the job.

"Oh, yeah, we are," he replied, putting his phone down. "I'm the manager, Alex. Can I see your resume?"

"I don't...", Vanessa started as she saw Alex scan her body, his eyes lingering on her breasts and finally looking at the band on her wrist.

"Actually, when can you start? You look pretty qualified to me." Alex's bluntness caught Vanessa off guard, but she quickly recovered.

"I don't have a resume, but I'm willing to learn and work hard," she said, hoping her honesty would be enough. Alex shrugged. "Fair enough. How about we give it a try?"

"You mean, right now?", Vanessa asked, surprised. "Why not", Alex replied, "It's still quiet, but more customers will start pouring in later, and I'm all alone today."

Vanessa hesitated for a moment, feeling unsure but also a bit thrilled at the prospect of starting her new job on the spot. "Alright, let's do it," she said, trying to sound confident. With that, she followed Alex to the back of the café, where he showed her where the employee uniforms were.

"Start by cleaning tables, bringing back dirty dishes and taking orders from customers. I'll handle the tricky stuff like making beverages", Alex said. Vanessa put on the café uniform, which consisted of a tight fitting shirt, matching skirt and an apron. She felt a mixture of nerves and excitement. This was her first job and it was happening so fast. She started by cleaning tables and organizing the seating area.

As Vanessa busied herself with her tasks, she couldn't help but notice the occasional glance from some customers, their eyes lingering on her body. It was unsettling at first, but she tried to ignore it and focus on her work. The café gradually filled up with customers. Vanessa quickly learned the ropes of her new job, taking orders from customers and delivering their food and drinks with a smile. She was surprised at how quickly she was able to memorize the menu items. Alex was impressed by her hard work and dedication, often commenting on how well she was doing.

"You're doing well. There's just one thing. When you go pick up the dishes, ask if they want anything else. Doing that boosts our sales slightly", Alex told Vanessa.

Vanessa nodded and made a mental note of the tip. She noticed a man sitting in the far corner of the café who had finished eating and was now idly browsing his phone. Vanessa went to pick up the plates and remember to ask "Sir, would you like anything else?" The man grinned and lifted up his phone, showing the FUI app (Vanessa, 18 years, Shortstack, Rating:5.0).

"Yes, Vanessa, I could use something..."

What does he want?
