She Goes

"You have a nice house," Loryn commented, as the two entered Gary's house. "So, you live alone?"

"Thanks," he replied. "It could be a lot worse. And I do."

Loryn smiled. Good.

The two chatted in the kitchen as Gary fixed the drinks. What they did, jobs, etc.

By the time they finished, Loryn was slightly tipsy from the **** over the night.

"I hate to ask," she said, "but could you point me to your bathroom?"

"Sure, it's this way."

Approaching the bathroom, she said, "thank you." Locking the door behind her, Loryn thought. It seemed like there was something important she needed to do, but she couldn't remember what exactly.

Checking her breath instead, she found it to be suitable and went back to find Gary.

When Loryn came out, she saw he had already made new drinks.

"I went ahead and made more," he said. "I hope you don't mind."

"No," she replied. "It's okay."

Did she really want more? Not particularly, but she didn't want to be insulting either. Loryn thought, and answered.
