She Does and She's Angry

Your phone rings several times before it stops. "Hey All-".

"Morgan where the fuck are you?" Allegra's voice cuts you off almost instantly. Her tone is clearly angry, but tinged with worry.

"I'm at Jenny's apartment she-" You're cut off again.

"So both of you leave without saying anything, and you don't phone me for over twelve hours? Christ Morgan!". That can't be right, you just go to the apartment...didn't you? You start to feel like something is wrong. "You weren't even answering your damn phone and after everything that happened last night...I'm coming over. Right now."

"Jenny said to wait until it got dark..." You're starting to question why Jenny would want Allegra to wait before coming over but still feel if she wanted it that way it must be important.

"For fuck's sakes, I'll talk to her when it gets dark then! But you and me are talking soon." The call abruptly ends. You don't know what to do other than wait, so you do. It's not long before there's a knock on the door and you open it to find your irritated friend.

"Morgan do y-why is it so damn dark? Open some curtains!". She walks over to grab one and panic overtakes your brain.

"Jenny wanted them closed!" You blurt out. With a hand on a curtain Allegra sighs and lets go.

"Fine, she has a headache, whatever. We still need to talk." Allegra pulls you over to a couch and sits you down and you give her a strange look. "Morgan, part of the house collapsed last night. Last I heard your brother, and a lot of other people, are still missing.". You feel like someone splashed cold water in your face. How did you miss all of this? How could you have spent all this time doing nothing?

"I don't...what happened?" You feel like you're shaking off some malaise, your thoughts start to become crisper. You remember just how long it took to get back to Jenny's apartment, why did she keep stopping again?

"They haven't said anything yet. Morgan, I don't know what was going on but something really fucking weird started happening at the house. Before I left I saw a group that seemed like they were way too into character with the whole 'werewolf' thing. Maybe-" Allegra is interrupted by an opening door, you turn to see Jenny exiting her bedroom. When you see her you remember what you saw back in Dracula's Tomb, but then you make eye contact and your mind starts to cloud over again.

"Morgan, I thought I said to wait until it got dark." Jenny's tone is irritant and you feel a sense of overwhelming shame. Allegra stands up and walks toward her.

"Jenny what the hell is...going...". As Allegra's eyes meet Jenny's they start to gloss over, her posture becomes limp.

"It's a shame you two woke me up early, I'm famished but I still need someone to make sure nothing funny happens the rest of the day." Jenny looks back and forth between the two of you. "So I guess I'm picking only one of you for now.". You don't know what she means by 'picking' you or Allegra but the thought excites you for some reason.
