Blake’s eyes went wide right the and without a word she stormed off realizing she was going to betray Tom! Sure she was angry, naked, tatted, and horny but deep down she was still proud to be Tom’s wife!

Blake: I…. I have to go

She said abruptly speed walking back to camp, leaving Shane behind he was visibly annoyed then.

Blake got back to the shabby camp where she found Tom preparing breakfast as David and Nigel were getting an early start on some fishing.

Tom could see that Blake appeared distressed and knowing whatever was going on in Blake‘s mind was his fault killed him inside. Still he couldn’t just ignore Blake.

Tom: Look… I … I am so sorry Blake. I just really did believe we’d be doing better at this point. I remember one season where the Shrimp Tribe won the first few challenges. I just thought… we could be better than that.

Blake: I almost went to the Bull Camp.

Tom: Wh-what??

Blake: I ran into Shane just now and he invited me to their camp to shower, and you know what Tom, I… I went there. And before you jump to conclusions, no I didn’t do anything. But Tom I saw their camp, and I… I am just sick of this camp, I’m sick of being naked, I hate the food, I hate our tent, these tattoos make me feel like a whore! And I’m sorry your pride is hurt and that things aren’t going as planned, but honey, it’s getting hard for me. The only thing that’s stopping me is my love for you… but it’s hard… things really need to improve soon.

Tom sat and listened and he couldn’t find any fault at what Blake was saying. She was the only wife still loyal. And he was squandering that!

Tom: You’re right, you’re completely right. I wanted to play this game so that in our own life we would thrive and not just survive. But we’ve barely been surviving on this island. I have to do better for you. I will do better!

As Tom said those words Blake was reminded of her husband’s competence and couldn’t help but feel a bit hopeful. However, just then the sound of thunder could be heard far in the distance.
