How does her journey begin?
She’s hired as a mercenary by a foreign lord.
Gwen traveled far from home. She battled bandits, monsters, and orca to get where she is today. But for now she tires off the road, and takes a mercenary job from a minor lord in kingdom far from her home. She repelled a small orc ambush on his carriage, and he hired her on the spot.
She’s enjoyed having a place in his estate, even though she constantly catches the lord checking her out or peeping on her in the washroom. Either way, it’s a safe place for a while, until she wishes to venture forth again.
One day, the lord comes into her room, looking rather disheveled. “Gwen, your services are needed, at once!”
