Raven flinches as she waits for the flogging to start.
...but it doesn't.

Instead, the man flogs the woman next to her on the makeshift sybian.

'Oh shit- that's Spoiler. I remember when she nearly joined the team. That was her being punished by Harley earlier, wasn't it?

She's gagged and dolled up just like Starfire is.

'Her pain...I feel it...so strong.'

While she can't use her magic, Raven's empath powers are still working.
Kitty knows this and exploits her weakness.

Another man shows up and begins to flog Starfire.
With her powers weakened so much, it actually hurts her.

'It hurts...but I can't.'

An annoyed Kitty is a persistent one.

She walks up to Starfire and pulls her own panties down.
The man stops flogging the Tamaranian and removes her gag.

Kitty presses her, well, kitty right in Starfire's face.

'Not like this,' Starfire thinks, 'I want to lick Raven...or have her lick me out. If only Blackfire could reform, then we'd have some great fun together.'
