She's inferior to Fae's magic.

In what seemed like seconds, Fae had Lily pinned down underneath her, legs spread and arms chained to the cage. All magical bonds, of course, knowing that Lily couldn't break free of them. "Tsk, you really thought your powers would save you, didn't you? Well, that's too bad, I happen to know all about your kind and when I found you all alone out there in the woods, I knew I had the opportunity to make you mine." Lily jerked against the bonds, cursing the witch in her mind, but to no avail. "You see, your kind is a believer in the mythical realms, and Elder Gods. However, none of that holds up to my magic. I don't need some silly crystal to power me. I'm all me, all the time." Fae sat confidently, running one of her delicate fingers across Lily's abdomen. "Watch this." Another snap of her finger, and the collar that Fae held in her hand, was now around Lily's neck. "Pretty easy, if you ask me."

Lily spit at the witch, jerking her head to try and loosen the collar, or maybe just in disbelief that it was actually around her neck, even though she could feel it. "Not so fast, pet." Fae smiled smugly, wiping her cheek where the saliva clung. "I'm a fairly reasonable woman, and I thought I could teach you some real magic. But, in exchange, you're going to be my ****." She stared down into Lily's eyes, watching as the free will left her very soul. Lily's mind was going blank. Her memory was being wiped, and she was having a hard time remembering her own name. She fought her to hold onto her identity, but soon enough, all she could do was lie there, staring up at this beautiful woman. "Yes, worship your goddess, pet." Fae instructed. Her fingers grazing Lily's thigh. "Soon enough you'll be nothing more than my little kitty."
