Sexy secretary

"Let's turn her into a sexy secretary first." Dr. Valentine said. "She'll have some work to do back in the office."

Both women started to get some clothes from Stacy's boutique and started to dress up Joan. First came a lacy red bra, just big enough to cover the nipples, but else a perfect fit. As they put it on some milk flew out of the breasts. Next came a matching red thong, followed by dark stockings. Dr. Valentine put a short white shirt on Joan. She only buttoned up the lowest three buttons, not only because her bust was so big she couldn't get the rest buttoned up, but also because it perfectly showed her huge breasts and the bra. With Joan's blond hair falling over her shoulders and framing her bust it was clear, where everybody would be looking at.

In the meantime Stacy put a tight and short skirt on Joan and a pair of red ankle boots, matching her bra and thong. Last but not least Dr. Valentine gave Joan a pair of glasses, but with no change of her vision.

"And finished is my new secretary." Dr. Valentine said looking over Joan.

Stacy put an anesthetic mask over Joan's nose and mouth and a few seconds after she took it away Joan's eyes blinked.

"Welcome back, Joan." Dr. Valentine greeted her. "How do you feel?"

"Good." Joan said in her high voice. "A little tense here and there and somehow unfamiliar in other places, but all together good."

"That's good to hear." Dr. Valentine replied while Stacy barely refrained from laughing.

"What is this?" Joan asked noticing the glasses on her nose. She moved her hands up.

"Just something for the look." Dr. Valentine said truthfully.

"And what is with my arms? They look so slim."

"Just something we added to make you look more beautiful." The therapist answered. "

"Are these bigger?" Joan asked as she put her hands on her enhanced tits. "And is that blond hair?"

"We made a few changes to your look so you could attract more guys." Dr. Valentine downplayed Stacy's work. "But you will have a better look in front of the mirror." She gave Joan her phone. "But you can't get a direct look at first. You are only allowed to look at yourself through the phone until I tell you."

Joan wondered why she had to that, but Dr. Valentine always knew what she was doing. She stood up and walked to the mirror without looking at it. As she walked, she felt like something was off compared to usual. It felt like her legs weren't like they used to be, somehow longer. Joan positioned herself in front of the mirror and lifted up the phone in her hand. She looked at the screen and saw a busty blond sexy secretary standing where she should have been.
