"Alright." Hermione nodded as she reached to the side table and pulled out an item. Harry knew there was now use stopping Fleur she was a Veela who found her perfect mate. So, all Hermione can do is just let her come. "You'll be our pet." Hermione said as Harry smirked seeing where this was going. Fleur would live with Harry like an animal a pet dog to care for. She would no longer need to work in the Castle because as a pet Fleur only needed her master and mistress to care for her needs.

"Yes! I'll be your pet your little French Poodle if needed!" Fleur cried out happy that the couple would take her.

With a smile Hermione attached the collar around Fleur's neck and hooked the leash to said collar. With a wave of her wand dog tag appeared on it with Fleur name and Harry's contact information if found. Fleur didn't even hesitate as she saw on all fours like she was an actual dog her tongue hanging out. She was going to commit to this new life for herself.

"I Fleur Delacour renounce all my past belongings to be the pet of Harry Potter my life, my family, and even my name." Fleur said as she made her vow clear. "My body belongs to him, my future belongs to him, I give all that I am to my master to toy with and to play with as he sees fit forever more." Fleur said giving all that she was to Harry even her rights as a human being.

The Collar in response to this magic responded and tightened around Fleur's neck to stay attached and with it runes glowed making it official. If Harry wanted to give Fleur tattoos that was his right, if he wanted his Veela bitch to have piercing Harry will get her piercings, and if Harry wanted nothing else to do with Fleur he can just leave her tied at a corner and forget about it. All anyone would see of the once proud Veela was a pet dog to be used by her master.

Hermione smiled and handed Harry the leash knowing Fleur was lost into the world of lust. May as well make sure she has protection from those who would take advantage of her. With a wave of his wand Harry brought forth a doggy bed and a set of food dishes one for food the other for water.
