What's next?
Set Days Pt. 2
The first couple days of filming had been a whirlwind for Jazmine. Every day brought a new challenge, a new scene to shoot, and a new opportunity to immerse herself in the role of Jazmine Jade. But amidst the chaos of the set, there was one constant presence that seemed to throw her off balance – Kyle.
Despite her best efforts to keep things professional and affectionate, just as a woman would, Kyle's increasingly romantic gestures on set had left Jazmine feeling the slightest bit uneasy. She understood the importance of maintaining the facade for the movie and her career, but that didn't make it any easier to navigate the complexities of their on-screen chemistry.
Kissing Kyle had become almost second nature to her now. But, it was a far cry from the romantic encounters she had envisioned for herself, when she was Jackson Steele, coming to the land of glitz and glamor. Instead, it felt more like a chore, something she did out of necessity rather than desire. And yet, she knew that her performance relied on convincing the audience of their on-screen chemistry, no matter how artificial it felt to her.
Outside of filming, Jazmine was cautious about Kyle's advances. She avoided situations that might blur the lines between their on-screen and off-screen relationship, acutely aware of the potential consequences if their true dynamic were to be exposed, but she also had to make sure Clea didn't catch wind of her avoidance. She couldn't help but wonder whether Kyle's feelings would remain genuine if he knew her truth – if he knew that beneath the glamorous exterior of Jazmine Jade, there was still Jackson Steele, a man struggling to find his place in the world.
Despite the challenges, Jazmine remained committed to delivering her best performance. She viewed the role of Jazmine Jade as a pivotal opportunity in her career, a chance to prove herself as a talented and versatile actress. But as the days passed, she couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered beneath the surface.
At the end of a long day, Jazmine sought solace in the quiet solitude of the vanity van. She sank into the plush chair, feeling the weight of exhaustion settling over her like a heavy blanket. Clea's presence offered some comfort as she moved around the small space, tidying up the remnants of the day's shoot.
"Rough day, huh?" Clea said, offering Jazmine a sympathetic smile.
Jazmine nodded, too tired to muster up much of a response. She watched as Clea moved about the van, her movements graceful and efficient. Despite the chaos of filming, there was a sense of calmness that seemed to follow Clea wherever she went, and for a brief moment, Jazmine found herself envying her friend's seemingly effortless composure.
"Yeah," Jazmine finally replied, her voice barely above a whisper. "But we made it through another day, right?"
Clea nodded, her expression understanding. "That we did," she said, her tone gentle. "And tomorrow will be a new day, with new challenges and new opportunities."
Jazmine offered a tired smile in response, grateful for Clea's unwavering support. As she settled back into her seat, she couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the people who had stood by her side through it all.
As the knock echoed through the vanity van, Jazmine's heart skipped a beat. She glanced at Clea, who offered her a reassuring smile before getting up to answer the door. With a deep breath, Jazmine plastered on her well-practiced facade of enthusiasm, mentally preparing herself for whatever interaction awaited her on the other side.
The door swung open, revealing Kyle's familiar figure standing in the doorway. His cocky grin seemed to light up the space of the vanity van as he sauntered in, his eyes fixed on Jazmine.
"Hey there, gorgeous," Kyle greeted, his tone dripping with his usual brand of charm. "Mind if I steal a moment of your time?"
Jazmine **** a smile, suppressing the instinctive urge to roll her eyes at his overly flirtatious demeanor. "Of course not, Kyle," she replied, her voice dripping with fake sweetness. "What's up?"
Kyle's grin widened at her response, clearly pleased with himself. "Well, I was thinking," he began, his words punctuated by a dramatic pause. "How about you and me go out to dinner tonight? My treat, of course."
Jazmine's heart skipped a beat at the invitation, her mind racing to come up with a suitable response. What would a girl do in this situation? What would Jazmine Jade do? The answers seemed to elude her as she struggled to maintain her composure.
Before she could formulate a reply, Clea interjected from the corner of the van. "That sounds like a great idea, Kyle!" she exclaimed, her tone overly enthusiastic. "Jazmine could definitely use a night out."
Jazmine shot Clea a pleading look, silently begging her friend to reconsider. But Clea was already nodding enthusiastically, her eyes fixed on Kyle. "I've checked her schedule, and she's free tonight," Clea added, her tone leaving no room for argument.
Kyle's grin widened at Clea's words, clearly pleased with the outcome. "Great!" he exclaimed, clapping his hands together. "It's a date then!"
Jazmine felt a wave of unease wash over her at Kyle's words, the implications of their dinner plans suddenly becoming all too clear. The last time she had gone out with Kyle, things had quickly escalated into a situation she was still coming to terms with.
As Kyle made his exit from the vanity van, his stupid grin still firmly in place, Jazmine couldn't help but feel a sense of dread settle over her. Despite Clea's best intentions, it seemed that tonight's dinner plans with Kyle were inevitable – and Jazmine wasn't sure she was ready to face the consequences.
Clea's excitement filled the cramped space of the vanity van, her eyes practically sparkling with enthusiasm as she clapped her hands together. "Yes, Jazmine, this is going to be so good for you!" she exclaimed, her voice bubbling with excitement.
Jazmine **** a smile, mirroring Clea's energy as best as she could manage. "Yeah, it should be interesting," she replied, her tone lacking the genuine enthusiasm that Clea's words conveyed. But she knew very well that it was better to play along than voice her disappointment with Clea's plans.
Clea's gaze fell on the outfit Jazmine had worn to set that day, now on a clothes hanger to the side, her expression shifting into one of mild disappointment. "Hmm, I don't know, Jaz," she mused, her brow furrowing slightly. "This blouse and jeans combo is a little... boring for a date, don't you think?"
Jazmine's heart sank at Clea's words, the prospect of having to dress up for her dinner with Kyle only adding to her unease. "I guess," she replied, trying to sound agreeable despite her reservations.
Without waiting for Jazmine's response, Clea sprang into action, making her way over to the rack of Jazmine's movie costumes. "Don't worry, I've got you covered," she declared, her fingers rifling through the various garments with practiced ease.
Jazmine watched with a mixture of apprehension and curiosity as Clea pulled out a few options, holding them up for inspection. "How about this one?" Clea suggested, holding out a slinky red dress that looked more suited for a night out at a club than a casual dinner.
Jazmine's eyes widened in surprise at the suggestion, her mind racing with uncertainty. "Uh, I don't know, Clea," she began, unsure of how to voice her hesitation without getting chastised.
But Clea was already dismissing her concerns with a wave of her hand. "Nonsense, Jazmine, you have to wear something sexy!" she insisted, her tone leaving no room for argument. "Trust me, Kyle won't know what hit him."
Jazmine bit her lip nervously, still not entirely convinced. "But... can we really just take one of these costumes?" she asked, glancing around the cramped confines of the vanity van.
Clea shrugged nonchalantly, her gaze fixed on the array of costumes before her. "We'll just pay for it if anything," she replied dismissively, as if the idea of taking a costume without permission was perfectly reasonable.
Jazmine hesitated for a moment, her mind still reeling from Clea's unexpected enthusiasm. But in the end, she knew better than to argue with Clea's plans. With a resigned sigh, she nodded her agreement, silently steeling herself for whatever the evening ahead might bring.
Jazmine stood in front of the vanity mirror, her reflection casting a critical eye over the slinky red dress that Clea had selected for her date with Kyle. Despite her initial hesitation, Jazmine couldn't deny the allure of the dress, the way it will accentuate her figure in all the right places.
With a sigh, Jazmine began the process of undressing, her fingers deftly unbuttoning the blouse she had worn on set that day. The fabric slid off her shoulders with a whisper, revealing the lacy bra underneath. She hesitated for a moment, considering whether to change into a different, more conservative bra, but ultimately decided against it. After all, Clea had chosen the dress specifically for its sex appeal, and Jazmine didn't want to disappoint.
Next came the pants, their snug fit making them a little more difficult to remove. Jazmine wriggled out of them with a grunt of effort, feeling a sense of relief as they pooled around her ankles. She kicked them aside, leaving herself clad only in her underwear as she reached for the dress.
Slipping into the dress was a bit of a challenge, the tight fabric clinging to her skin as she pulled it over her head. Jazmine smoothed out the wrinkles with care, adjusting the straps until they sat just right on her shoulders. She spared a glance in the mirror, her breath catching at the sight of her reflection.
The dress hugged her curves in all the right places, the rich red fabric contrasting beautifully against her skin. Jazmine couldn't help but feel a surge of confidence as she took in her appearance, the unfamiliar sensation both exhilarating and disconcerting all at once.
With a final adjustment, Jazmine turned away from the mirror, her mind already racing ahead to the evening ahead.
But beneath the surface, a nagging sense of unease lingered, a reminder of the truth that lay hidden beneath the layers of makeup and costume. Jazmine pushed the thought aside, forcing herself to focus on the present moment. After all, tonight was just another night embracing her new identity as Jazmine Jade, even if it meant stepping further away from the person she once was once more.
Clea leaned in close, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper as she offered Jazmine her advice. "Listen, babe," she began, her tone dripping with lascivious intent, "you gotta make sure Kyle's head over heels for you. And I mean head over heels, if you catch my drift."
Jazmine nodded, her stomach churning with a mixture of nerves and ****. She **** herself to maintain her composure, steeling herself against Clea's explicit suggestions. "I know, Clea," she replied, her voice steady despite the turmoil roiling within her. "I'll do whatever it takes to make sure he's into me."
Clea's grin widened at Jazmine's words, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "That's what I like to hear, honey," she purred, reaching out to pat Jazmine's arm in encouragement. "Now, when you're out with him tonight, don't hold back. Give him everything you've got, and then some."
Jazmine swallowed hard, her mind racing as she tried to process Clea's words. The idea of going all out with Kyle filled her with a sense of dread, but she knew she had to play the part if she wanted to succeed in this industry. "I'll keep that in mind," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper.
Clea's gaze bore into Jazmine's, her expression unreadable as she continued to speak. "And remember, babe," she said, her tone taking on a note of urgency, "if you need to seal the deal, don't be afraid to... you know, get down and dirty with him. It's all part of the game. You've done it before, so you can do it again, and you can always go... above and beyond."
Jazmine felt a surge of panic at Clea's words, the implications of what she was suggesting hitting her like a ton of bricks. She fought to keep her emotions in check, reminding herself that she was Jazmine Jade now, a woman who knew what she should want and shouldn't be afraid of it.
"Yeah, I'll keep that in mind," Jazmine replied, her voice tinged with **** enthusiasm. She **** a smile, hoping to convey a sense of confidence that she didn't truly feel. Deep down, she knew that tonight's date with Kyle would be another test of her resolve, a chance to prove herself in more ways than one. And as much as she dreaded the prospect of what might come next, she knew she had to see it through to the end.
Jazmine took a deep breath as she stepped out of the vanity van, the warm evening air wrapping around her like a familiar embrace. She smoothed down the fabric of her red dress, the soft material clinging to her curves in all the right places. Her heels clicked against the pavement with each deliberate step, the sound echoing in the otherwise quiet parking lot.
As she walked, Jazmine **** herself to maintain her composure, steeling herself against the rising tide of nerves that threatened to overwhelm her. She repeated the same mantra in her mind, a silent reminder that she was Jazmine Jade, a confident and alluring woman who knew exactly what she wanted. She knew what she was supposed to feel as Jazmine, both emotionally... and sexually.
Despite her best efforts, the internal turmoil continued to churn within her, a constant reminder of the truth that lurked beneath the surface. This wasn't her first date with Kyle, nor was it the first time she had been alone with him. They had talked, kissed, and even gone further than that, yet the nervous flutter in her stomach persisted, refusing to be silenced.
As she passed by the crew members wrapping up the set, Jazmine offered polite smiles and waves, her heart pounding in her chest all the while. She couldn't help but feel a sense of detachment from the scene unfolding around her, as if she were merely a spectator in her own life. Despite being Jazmine Jade for so many weeks, moments with Kyle always pushed the envelope and brought back the uncertainties that had seemingly vanished.
Despite her efforts to blend in and play the part of Jazmine Jade, the truth remained ever-present in the back of her mind. She wasn't like the other girls on set, who seemed to revel in the attention and adoration of their male counterparts. No, for Jazmine, each interaction with Kyle was a reminder of the facade she had constructed, a delicate illusion that threatened to crumble at any moment.
But as she approached Kyle's car, parked just a few feet away, Jazmine pushed aside her doubts and insecurities. Tonight was just another performance, another chance to prove herself in a world that demanded nothing less than perfection. And if that meant putting on a show for Kyle, then so be it.
With a determined stride, Jazmine reached the passenger side door and pulled it open, her heart pounding in her chest as she settled into the seat beside Kyle. She plastered on a smile, hoping to convey a sense of ease that she didn't truly feel.
"Hey, Kyle," she said, her voice steady despite the turmoil raging within her.
Jazmine slid into the passenger seat of Kyle's car, the familiar scent of his cologne enveloping her as he leaned in for a quick, fleeting kiss. She returned the gesture with practiced ease, her lips pressing against his for a moment before pulling away. As Kyle started the car and began driving towards the restaurant, Jazmine's thoughts continued to **** her, like relentless waves crashing against the shore.
This wasn't her first date with Kyle, nor was it the first time they had shared moments of intimacy. They had talked, laughed, and even shared physical closeness before, yet the nervous flutter in her stomach persisted, refusing to be ignored. It seemed that no matter how many times she went through this routine, the doubts and insecurities always managed to find their way back to her.
She had been living as Jazmine Jade for weeks now, immersing herself in the role both on and off the set. But all this romance and intimacy had her questioning everything, casting doubts on her ability to maintain the facade she had worked so hard to create. It was as if every moment spent with Kyle pushed her further away from the person she had once been, forcing her to confront the stark reality of her situation.
Despite her efforts to embrace her new identity, there were times when she couldn't help but feel like an imposter in her own skin. The thought of being intimate with Kyle, of allowing herself to be **** in his presence, filled her with a sense of unease that she couldn't quite shake.
As they drove through the city streets, the passing lights casting shadows across Kyle's face, Jazmine couldn't help but feel a sense of disconnection from the world around her. It was as if she were watching her life unfold from a distance, a silent observer in a play that she had long since memorized.
But even as doubts gnawed at her, Jazmine knew that she couldn't afford to let them consume her. She had come too far to turn back now, too invested in her career and her newfound identity to let anything stand in her way. So she pushed aside her fears and insecurities, plastering on a smile for Kyle's benefit, determined to play her part to perfection.
Yet, despite her outward confidence, a part of her couldn't help but wonder if she was truly cut out for this life. Was she destined to forever be caught between two worlds, never fully belonging to either? Or could she find a way to reconcile the person she once was with the person she had become?
Kyle leaned back in his chair, flashing Jazmine a cocky grin as he took a sip of his drink. "You know, Jaz, I've gotta say, you look absolutely stunning tonight. Like, seriously, I can't take my eyes off you."
Jazmine felt a flush of heat rise to her cheeks at Kyle's words, her heart pounding in her chest as she struggled to maintain her composure. She **** a smile, trying her best to mimic the enthusiasm she knew a real girl would feel in this situation. "Aw, thank you, Kyle," she replied, her voice slightly shaky. "You're too sweet."
Kyle chuckled, his ego clearly boosted by her response. "Nah, I'm just speaking the truth, babe. I mean, look at you, all dolled up and everything. You're like a goddess or something."
Jazmine bit her lip, fighting the urge to roll her eyes at Kyle's over-the-top compliments. She knew he meant well, but his typical fratboy style had a way of diluting the sincerity of his words. Still, she knew she had to play along, to keep up the facade for the sake of her career.
"Thanks, Kyle," she said, forcing a giggle. "You always know how to make a girl feel special."
Kyle grinned, leaning in closer as if to share a secret. "Well, you are special, Jaz. I've never met anyone quite like you before."
Jazmine felt a pang of discomfort at Kyle's words, her mind racing as she tried to come up with a suitable response. She knew she should be flattered, should be basking in the attention he was showering on her. But instead, she felt a sense of unease, a nagging doubt that threatened to ruin the evening.
"Thanks, Kyle," she repeated, her voice barely above a whisper. "That means a lot to me."
Kyle reached across the table, taking Jazmine's hand in his own. "Hey, are you okay? You seem a little quiet tonight."
Jazmine **** a smile, squeezing his hand gently. "I'm fine, really. Just lost in thought, I guess."
Kyle nodded, his expression softening as he gazed at her. "Well, whatever it is, you know you can talk to me about it, right? I'm here for you, Jaz. Always."
Jazmine felt a surge of guilt at Kyle's words, knowing that she was deceiving him even as he professed his loyalty to her. She wanted to tell him the truth, to confess that she wasn't who she appeared to be. But she knew she couldn't, not now, not when her entire career hung in the balance.
"Thanks, Kyle," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I appreciate that."
As they sat in the cozy corner booth of the restaurant, Kyle's arm draped possessively around Jazmine's shoulder, he leaned in close, his breath hot against her ear. "You know, Jaz, I've been thinking about you all day," he whispered, his voice low and husky.
Jazmine felt a shiver run down her spine at Kyle's words, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment as she tried to maintain her composure. "Oh, really?" she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.
"Yeah," Kyle continued, his hand sliding down to rest on Jazmine's thigh. "I can't stop thinking about how beautiful you are, how much I want you."
Jazmine swallowed hard, her heart pounding in her chest as she struggled to find the right words. She knew she should be flattered by Kyle's attention, should be reveling in his desire for her. But instead, she felt a sense of unease, a nagging doubt that threatened to ruin the evening.
"Um, thanks, Kyle," she said, forcing a smile. "That's really sweet of you to say."
Kyle grinned, his hand inching higher up Jazmine's thigh. "You know, Jaz, I've been dying to do this all night," he said, his voice barely a whisper as he leaned in closer.
Before Jazmine could react, Kyle's lips were on hers, his kiss fierce and demanding. She felt herself melting into his embrace, her body responding instinctively to his touch. But even as she kissed him back, a voice in the back of her mind screamed at her to stop, to pull away before things went too far. But then she reminded herself that Jazmine Jade, a woman, would enjoy this with a star like him.
Soon Kyle's hand was on the small of her back, pulling her closer until she was sat across his lap, and she couldn't explain how it happened.
As they then broke apart, Jazmine struggled to catch her breath, her mind spinning with confusion. She knew she shouldn't be enjoying this, shouldn't be responding to Kyle's advances. But in that moment, all she could think about was how a girl would be enjoying how good it felt to be wanted, to be desired.
"Wow, Jaz," Kyle breathed, his eyes dark with desire. "You're incredible, you know that?"
Jazmine felt a blush creeping onto her cheeks at Kyle's words, her heart pounding in her chest as she struggled to find the right response. "Um, thanks, Kyle," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "You're not so bad yourself."
Kyle grinned, his hand sliding up to cup Jazmine's cheek. "You know, Jaz, I really like you," he said, his voice surprisingly earnest. "I mean, I know we're just getting to know each other and all, but there's something about you that just draws me in."
Jazmine felt a surge of panic at Kyle's words, her mind racing as she tried to come up with a suitable response.
"Um, yeah, Kyle," she said, forcing a smile. "I really like you too."
Jazmine's heart raced as Kyle's hands roamed over her body, sending shivers down her spine. She tried to ignore the nagging voice in the back of her mind, the one that screamed at her to put an end to this charade, but she pushed it aside, forcing herself to stay in character.
Kyle's lips trailed down her neck, leaving a trail of hot kisses in their wake. Jazmine's breath hitched in her throat as she felt his fingers dance along the curve of her thigh, sending a jolt of electricity coursing through her veins.
"You're so fucking sexy, Jaz," Kyle murmured against her skin, his voice low and husky with desire. "I can't get enough of you, babe."
Jazmine bit her lip, trying to suppress the surge of discomfort that threatened to overwhelm her. She knew she had to play along, had to keep up the facade for the sake of her career, but every touch, every caress, felt like a betrayal of her true self.
"Yeah, Kyle, you're...you're pretty hot too," Jazmine replied, her voice trembling with uncertainty. She **** herself to lean into his touch, to reciprocate in a way that felt natural, even though every fiber of her being rebelled against the idea.
Kyle's hands trailed upwards, cupping her breasts through the thin fabric of her dress. Jazmine's breath caught in her throat as she felt his fingers teasing her nipples, sending a surge of heat pooling in her belly.
"You like that, baby?" Kyle whispered, his lips grazing her earlobe. "You like it when I touch you like this?"
Jazmine nodded weakly, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. She tried to push down the wave of revulsion that threatened to consume her, focusing instead on the role she was playing, the character she had created.
"Yeah, Kyle, I like it," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. "I like it a lot."
Kyle grinned, his hands sliding lower, tracing the curve of her hips. Jazmine squirmed in his lap, feeling his arousal pressing against her thigh. She knew she was supposed to feel excited, should feel desire coursing through her veins, but all she felt was a sickening sense of dread.
"Let's get out of here, babe," Kyle said, his voice thick with lust. "I want you, Jaz. I want you so fucking bad."
Jazmine **** a smile, her heart sinking as she realized what was about to happen. She knew she couldn't go through with it, couldn't bear to let Kyle touch her in such an intimate way. But as he pulled her closer once more, his lips crashing down on hers with a **** urgency, she knew she had **** but to play along, to endure this nightmare until it was finally over.
