Serena's Annoyed

"You two are sooo lucky I had the radio on!" Serena called from outside the room. "I knew being able to hear you couldn't be helped, but I didn't expect that much!"

"Sorry, Serena," Jan said, a little sheepish.

"Got a bit caught up in the moment," Tasos added apologetically.

Serena sighed. "I get it, just..finish up okay? I'm reopening the store." A slight fluttering sound indicated Serena was flying away.

"I feel so bad," Jan began. He still had his arms wrapped around her waist. It felt nice.

"She won't hold it against you," Tasos assured. He gave her another kiss on the neck. "Jan..I find myself..this is awkward..." He started to pull out, but Jan brought a hand around to stop him.

"Stay inside," she requested gently, but firmly. She turned her head around to look at him. "What is it?"

"I..I find myself quickly becoming fond of you," he admitted. His cheeks actually turned a bit red. "Would..would it be presumptuous of me to ask if it would be okay to.." he took a breath. "Would it be all right if say..we could do this again sometime? I mean if not it's okay. I won't take offence." He babbled a bit.

Jan looked a little surprised, but only at first. She smiled. "I'd like that. I'll have to talk to Steve, but I doubt he'd object. Besides, I think your friend, Mina, has her eye on him."

He gave a playful eyeroll. "Mina is a bit of a maneater. Not literally," he said quickly.

Jan chuckled. "I figured. Well Tasos, as much as I'm enjoying having you inside me, we really should get dressed and get out of here before we cause Serena a problem."

Tasos nodded. "Quite right," he said with a bit of boyish enthusiasm. He carefully pulled out, grabbing some hand-wipes after he did so. "Shall I help you?"

"You better not. Otherwise we may end up being in here longer," she teased, taking the wipes from him.

"You're probably right," he admitted, quickly putting his shorts back on. "I'll go out first. I have to talk to Serena about the dress anyway," he said with a look that suggested he wasn't looking forward to that conversation. He gave her a quick kiss after he finished getting dressed, then exited the dressing room.

Jan took a moment and let out a deep breath. Not how she saw her day going, but she wasn't unhappy about it. She was getting that feeling a lot these days since she and Steve met their new mythfolk friends.
