Sent to the Baby-Class

Luz went onto the stage, garbed in a black cloak.

"It is said a hero shall rise. I ahve travelled from another realm and trained with a powerful witch to master dark and forbidden magic. I am..."

She yanked the robe off.

"Luz Noceda!"

Her was met with a blank stare from the Principle, who sat alone in his seat with a clipboard.

"Right. 'The Human that wants to be a Witch.' Against my better judgement, I've allowed you to take this exam into Hexside. But can you even do magic with all of your human parts?"

"I sure can! It's said that humans can't do magic."

Luz reached into her utility bag and pulled out scraps of paper.

"But I discovered a lost technique that changed everything!"

Using her glyphs, she summoned a ball of light suspended over a pillar of ice.

"Magic made from paper? Fascinating." Bump scribbled something on his board. "What else can you do?"

Not having thought of anything else, Luz tries to take Eda's advice to "dazzle" and gets out another piece of paper. She visualizes what she wants and draws the ice glyph, conjuring a massive ice sculpture of Principle Bump, shredding on a skateboard with sunglasses.

Bump looked at the odd "hip" likeness in ice form, only for it to tip over, Luz not having accounted for its center of gravity. Turns out that the ice was a lot thicker than it looks, crashing through the old brick wall on the left. Through the giant gaping hole in the wall, various students from the Spelling Class stuck their heads to see where the giant ice statue came from, paying no mind to their teacher which had just been squashed flat under the giant mock-up of her boss.

Bump gasped in horror. While injuries, explosions and the occasional missing limbs were a dime a dozen during entrance exams, destruction of school property never go this bad, and their funding was already in the red after the last time Luz arrived. He gave an angry look at the human student, who gave him a nervous smile.

He drew a spell-circle in the air, conjuring a stamp out of hammerspace and stamped it onto Luz's form in big red letters.
