Erica obeyed surprised to see you because the previous headmistress was not nearly as attentive as you are. “It was just a joke,” Erica said rolling her eyes. “Alice was enjoying it anyways.”

Alice brushed her outfit off feeling embarrassed. Although Erica is in trouble, you could also choose to either bring Alice with you to watch Erica’s punishment, inspect Alice’s uniform to ensure it matches the dress code, or you could let Alice go but demand she go to her class straight away.
