Selling the Ring

Upon arriving in Sea Gate, as well as entering Slattery's estate, Amy told the others, "I think I'll tell Mama Delores and Mr. Slattery to sell this ring. Maybe they'll know how to do it."

"Sure, go ahead." Lisa replied.

Amy then entering the living room, where she found Slattery and Delores enjoying a glass of wine or two and asked, "Excuse me, Mr. Slattery. I'm thinking of having someone sell off this pricey engagement ring; I found out that my wannabe fiancee is planning on stealing my family's money, and I don't want it to happen. Can you help me out?"

Slattery raised an eyebrow as he took a good look at the ring, before he replied with, "Well, in all honesty, I'd love to help, but I suggest you break it to your fiancee gently, then maybe we can considering selling it."

"Okay, thanks." Amy replied with a smile before returning to the other girls.

"What did Dad say?" Lisa asked.

"He said I needed to confront Michael; that way, I'll be able to sell the ring when I'm through with him." Amy replied.

"Allright, it's a done deal." Berlin said as she high-fived Amy.

"Are you kidding me? She hasn't returned my calls in weeks! What's with her, anyway?"

"I dunno. Maybe she's a prude, perhaps?"

"Or maybe she wants to keep her family's money away from your grubby hands."

A sound of laughter fills the room.

"Well, I don't care if I'm after money or some girl's virginity. I need to see her, ASAP!"

"Sure enough. How about another scotch?"

"Yeah, sure. What the hell..."
