Selfbondage contest

Tegan and Alyssa finsihed their drinks, and they set off back the way they had come. A right turn when the boardwalk split took them to an outdoor stage area of sorts. There was a wooden gazebo set in the middle of the grassed area, with plenty of bean bags and low chairs around the perimeter. On the gazebo were a bunch of boxes, lit by an array of lights. There were a few people seated already and chatting.

"What's going on here?" Alyssa asked.

"A competition. It hasn't started yet. You still have time to register."

"Register? I don't even know what it is?"

"I'm sure you'll be great at it darl'."

"That's not the point."

"Very well, its a selfbondage competition."

"A selfbondage competition? How does that even work?"

"It's a race. First one to put on all of the selected restraints first is the winner."

"What do they win?"

"Money. And the opportunity to stay in the restraints for however long they wish."

Alyssa debated the helpfulness of the second part of the prize. She didn't really see the appeal at all, to be quite honest.

"I don't know..."

"Tell you what, let's watch the first one, then you and I can join the second."

"You as well?"

"Sure. I've gotten pretty good at this. Of course I want to beat you at my own game," she smiled.

Alyssa gave her a puzzled look, but then went to sit down on a nearby beanbag.
