Self-Introspection

Well, with everything that has happened so far, the women that you've 'interacted' with, you decided to take some time to think things through. Properly. And since it seemed like a good time to better yourself, why shouldn't you make your nanites better, too? So you left your corridor, and you didn't even mind the door closing behind you. It was the the last thing on your mind...

As your footsteps echo in the hallway, you ignore any other presence and tried thinking of the best place to prepare yourself. Somewhere secluded, somewhere bright... 'Like a desert?' you joke. Then it came to you: a desert would be a great place to just bask in the sun, relax, and not have to worry about any females being influenced somehow...

You arrive in the Watchtower's control room, searching for a console to work the transporter pads. Once found, you access worldwide information to find just the right desert; the Namib in southern Africa seems like a fine place as any. So after you used your access card to teleport to the Namib Desert, you head for the pad just as Supergirl came flying in. "And where do you think you're going?" She seemed cross, like her arms before her chest, with you.

"I just need to be alone, Kara," you told her. "I need to get my head on straight. Well, straighter." And you hear the sounds of the teleporting sequence underway, and when Supergirl flew after you, light enveloped your body before you disappeared. She access the terminal to find out where you had gone to, and all the while, you arrived at the top of a Mesa. Just as you planned.

"This'll give the nanites plenty of energy to fix me up." Sitting down with your legs crossed, you close your eyes and begin meditating. 'If they want a conscious connection,' you thought, 'this should help a lot.' You take slow deep breaths in through your nose, feeling your chest inflating like a balloon before slowly expelling the air through your mouth.

You keep breathing in and out like that for a while, feeling the sun on your face and feeling at peace. And eventually, you go into a kind of trance and journey into the subconscious realm of your mind, and you find the 'cloud' that you've spoken to. 'REGEN, I'm here. How are you feeling?'

But there was no answer! 'Nanites?' You float directly into the cloud, looking around. Perhaps they were too busy to interact with you, but...
