Seiko Kimura, the Ultimate Pharmacist and member of Class 76. She would later go onto join the Future Foundation and be **** into a killing game by Kazuo Tengan.

She is a quiet girl who wishes to use the medicine she makes to help those and get praise from people. She hates her talents being abused by others (Like a certain Confectioner) and she may even turn violent towards those who do.
