Seeking Writing Partner
I have a bit of an unusual request.
As my collection of stories continues to grow, I'm finding that a lot of my time is being spent on housekeeping instead of actually writing. One of the biggest examples is adding and organizing all of the story tags. It's important, but it's also time that I'd much rather spend writing new chapters or creating artwork.
So I'm tentatively looking for a writing assistant.
The primary responsibility would simply be going through my stories and making sure they're properly tagged. In exchange, you'd have full access to all of my stories, including unpublished chapters and artwork. I actually build my stories visually first, laying out the artwork in storyboards before I ever start writing, so you'd get to see a lot of the creative process before anyone else.
If we end up working well together and the chemistry is good, I'd certainly be open to collaborating more fully in the future. I always enjoy bouncing ideas off creative people, and having someone I trust to help organize the behind-the-scenes work would let me focus on what I enjoy most: telling stories.
If we really click creatively, I'd also be open to collaborating on the writing itself. That could mean brainstorming plots, bouncing ideas around, proofreading, or even writing chapters. I enjoy collaboration when the chemistry is right, and if we discover we make a good team, I'm happy to see where that leads.
I know it's a strange request, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. If this sounds like something you'd genuinely enjoy doing, leave a comment or send me a direct message and we'll talk. As always, thank you all for reading, commenting, and supporting my work. I appreciate every one of you more than you know.
