The first door on your right

Tucked in the corner of your flat, the first door on the right as you come through the front door leads to a utility room. It has a counter running along one side under which is a washing machine and tumble dryer. A stainless steel sink occupies the middle of the counter. Cupboards below and above the counter are already stocked with various things - cleaning products, the brands of which you mostly don’t recognise, a selection of tools, a dustpan and brush and so on. You don’t spot a vacuum cleaner or mop, but there is some sort of charging unit for something that looks like a robotic vacuum cleaner, as well as various other devices and equipment you’re not familiar with.

The room also contains towels, spare cushion covers and various other bits and pieces - the intention is clearly to use it as a general store room.
