See if you can get up

You decide you need to know if you can move, as you don't know who could be outside. Checking yourself over first, you find nothing appears to be wrong, though your pounding head makes it hard to think straight. You sit up and put your two feet on the floor slowly before rising to your feet. The room spins and you lose your balance momentarily but manage to stay standing with no other difficulty. Letting your head settle you look about the room.
