Having decided on a plan with Angel Five, you turned around and stepped back to the armor, which appeared to be admiring itself in the shiny reflection of one of the nearby Endo frames. Once Tex realized you were ready to talk, she faced you once more. "Have you decided that working with me is the best course of action?"

"Let's take a step back from that," Angel Five said, keeping a cautious eye on the armor. "We need to see what you are without any tricks or armor or anything just so we know what we're signing up for, yeah? Show us that, then you can show us what you can do for our... partnership."

The armor eagerly nodded. "Yes, of course, I shall show you what I am. It is quite basic, you already saw some of it earlier." The armor began to collapse inward as an orange gooey substance exited the seams between the metal plating and electronics, as the components of the Angel 800 form appeared to cave in on itself, although Tex had been considerate enough to not just drop everything on the floor--just set it down nicely in a jumble. Once everything had been dismantled, an orange gelatinous being stretched up from the ground to sit atop the sportbike you kept under a tarp in the garage.

"This is my default form, you might say," Tex said plainly. "It is all of the matter that represents the parts of myself that I consider to be... well, myself. But I do have a lot of other matter that trails with me out of phase, which I then use to synthesize other objects when they're in phase. For example, I have scanned and stored many pieces of attire, and could provide you with near limitless options of clothing." To demonstrate, the orange goo seemed to flex upward, flowing both out of and into phase with some fabric to create a replica of your outfit, floating in the air--jacket, jeans, the undershirt, even bra straps and the panties from what you could see through the gaps.

Tex strutted back and forth in the garage, demonstrating not just the transformation into clothing, but a seemingly impossible talent for keeping the clothes aloft in the air, and filled out as if they were being worn! You reached out to push against Tex's jacket arm, which felt identical to yours, when you squeezed it felt like a solid being existed within it. The only difference between Tex and yourself was the stylish orange stripe Tex added to their variant of the attire.

"Do you enjoy that? I'm told humans find tactile experiences rewarding, particularly with fabrics as well as other human beings. I can vary the stiffness of my fabric, such as if you feel here to see the difference." The jacket arm tugged your hand around to push and squeeze into the shirt's invisible breast! It did give way like a real body would, and even felt slightly warm to the touch...

Angel Five cleared her throat, and you realized you'd let your hand linger on this smart-attire for perhaps a little too long. You tugged your hand away, and the chest of the floating shirt and jacket bounced back into form. "Perhaps it is not enough to merely see it in action, but to feel it? Observe." Tex's clothes partly unfurled, flowing up and around you, prompting you to take a step back but by then it didn't matter--Tex phased your clothes out of existence, leaving you nude for a brief moment, before sliding the pants up your legs and your arms in the sleeves! The panties Tex made fit snugly against your rear, and the bra clasped itself shut, saving you the trouble of trying to work it again. Once in place, you looked down, with Angel Five peering all over. "Well, it does, uh, feel nice..."

Tex began to shift, turning into orange lingerie, then athletic wear, and finally an orange-and-black riding suit from head to toe with integrated boots, hugging tightly to your body! Angel Five squealed, but you tried to stay as still as possible so as to not offend the creature who apparently had so much control over what you did and didn't wear... "Okay, okay! We get it, you're good at being clothes!"

"I enjoy being clothes quite a bit," Tex said matter-of-factly. "It is enjoyable to coordinate multiple objects into a particular shape with components that are both in and out of phase. Is this suitable for a demonstration? Or would you like me to leave your body and show you more?"

"N-no, it's fine, I'd rather stay wearing something in the garage," Angel Five said. You tried moving around in the riding suit, noting that despite it being skintight and not having any obvious zippers, as well as it looking rather shiny as latex might... you found no restriction in movement. Running a hand up and down Angel Five's torso, she shivered a little, while Tex vibrated lightly, making a sort of purring sound at the touch.

"Shall I demonstrate the modified Angel-exo I mentioned earlier? It would allow you to be both driver and vehicle simultaneously. As I can make any sort of electronic, metallic, and plastic structure, I can fabricate it easily and then store some or all of it out of phase when you choose not to use it." Before you could really say anything, armor reminiscent of the Angel armor began to flow into existence from seemingly nothing, encasing your body with armor components familiar to Angel Five, but not really to yourself. The wing-like cowlings reappeared, but with greatly modified shape, looking larger than what the Angel 800 provided, though also with what appeared to be external motors tucked into each tire for a highly futuristic look. "Because there is no Endo, we can use motors housed in the rim for acceleration, which should simplify operation. You will still place your legs on the rear axle, but the armor will allow for a range of moment unlike the stiff swingarms provided by the Angel 800 embedded within the Angel's legs. You could use this for a tighter turning radius."

Before you could ask what any of that meant, you felt the Angel electronics move on their own, without your command! That was a bit frightening to you, as you were not used to being encased in the transformation, although this result was different. You ended up with a head and upper body further above the front wheel, with proper forks in the front, but your legs still contacted the rear wheel as described by Tex, affixed to magnetic footplates rather than having an axle connected to you. This meant you could put one foot on the ground to prop yourself up, and you felt you could still move and turn your rear legs independent of what you did with your handlebars. "Huh, weird, but... I suppose we'll have to try it," you said. Looking into the Endo frame that Tex had used to admire herself earlier, you saw what sort of looked like a hybrid between a human and a sportbike, rather than a human riding a sportbike! Your head rest below the windscreen, leaving a very sleek profile that one might mistake for some sort of two-wheeled Yabusa drone. The typical Angel stylings definitely had a splash of orange, courtesy of this strange gel creature.

"Well we need to try it now, I guess, since Sarge wants us out searching!" Angel Five said. "Are we actually able to go out like this, right now?"

"It's a fully operational design," Tex said. "If you handle the maneuvering, I can assess for signals that would indicate the presence of your missing Angel units."

You shrugged, not bothering to think Tex would do anything to the contrary at this point. You decided to just turn the throttle and see what happens! In no time, you were on the road, albeit with more and more details you didn't want to tell Sarge about...
