Seconds after the robbery

You wake up seconds after the three blasts knocked you out. It seems the constant mental fight with the paralyzing effect and being hit by that strange blast for four times in a short period had increased your mental power and your resistance to mental attack.

You know if you met them again, they could hardly paralyze you again with the blast. Even with this new surprise for them, you still had to be careful as they might try to defeat you from focusing the power of four rings together. It would be a harder fight if they have other different unknown powers or a gang of helper with more rings.

You wake up the manager and the female customers and asks them to call the police. Then you leave the shop, fly high about the sky and search for the van.

The black van has already gone far away. You follow it by flying very high for hidding from their view.

The van had stopped outside one of the warehouse at the Supercity warehouse distract. The place where the police had told you that the missing people were last seen. You suspect that the negligee-clad women robbers might be related with the missing people in some way.

You find the negligee-clad ladies had entered the warehouse. You land and hid outside and begin to hear the noise from inside the warehouse for collecting some information.

You are surprised to find out that these women are foreigners. They are going to sell all the jewels they had already collected in these days to the local villains, in exchange for having a shelter in the Supercity and joining their crimes for earning more money.

There were only the sound of the heartbeat and breathing of the four women in the warehouse. You break open the warehouse and dash into it.

The women are packing up their collection for the sales tonight. They are surprised you had already waken up and come to the warehouse.

One of them fires the blast at you, you slow down your speed but in fact you notice that the blast could not affect you anymore. The other three women are surprised that you still can move, they focused their rings at you as you had predicted.

You stop there with an angry look, wait for a good chance to defeat them in a time, even the rings could not affect you in anyway. One of the women raises her free hand and goes to fire another unknown ring at you, you could not wait any more.

You move with your maximum speed, dodge the new ring's mystery shoting in their surprise, walk behind them and knock them out in a flash. The new ring's shoting smashes one of the warehouse's wall at this instant. You tied up the women and take away their rings and any other suspectable items you find in their negligee and call for the police.

It takes about half an hour for the police to come and take care of the situation. The stole jewels were packed up as exhibits and the whole warehouse was searched through. No weapons or more stole properties is found. No valuable evident is found except the way of communication of a few local villains who own warehouses nearby.

You go to the police station with them for giving them the rings and other items I found from their outfits as exhibits, so as to seal these items up for safety. The police chief seems a bit satisfyed with your first job and asks you to go on with the detection on the related local villains for searching for more evident.

You agree with go on the detection. You have no idea on how to use your enhanced mental power, but it is an advantage for having high resistance to mental attack.
