Xander, Giles, and Cordelia hurried down the hallway towards Buffy's dorm room, arguing heatedly.

He scowled and shot back, “What? You ALREADY do that! And what's with all this concern for Buffy all of a sudden?”

“I-” Cordelia was legitimately at a loss for words for like a split second before she rebounded, "Hello! Buffy's the one that saves my life every other Tuesday. I'd be fool not to be concerned about the welfare of the one keeping this sad little town from sliding into hell, thank you very much.”

But Xander was unconvinced, his eyes narrowing slightly, “Uh huh. Looks like the Buffy-dick fanclub has another member...”

Cordelia rounded on him, outrage contorting her face but her words died in her throat as Giles opened the door to Buffy's room and they all looked inside.
