... Searched for something that could be used as a weapon. I could not leave without anything to defend myself, since it sounded quite dangerous out there. I emptied my suitcase on the floor, breaking my alarm clock in the process ("Shit!"). Just clothes and junk food. I put an energetic bar in the pocket of my shirt and lifted my head. I surveyed the room and smiled when I found what I was looking for. I unplugged the bedside lamp and took it in my hand, checking its balance. I had a weapon.
