Search the bookshelves

You search through the bookshelves, flipping through page after page. Copies of all the textbooks you've used as well as a few others spread across the shelves, arranged by subject in a variety of colours, hardback and paperback alike. You feel relieved at the thought that you won't have to deal with these things anymore if you can just get that fucking safe open.

Next to them are manila folders, seeming to be filled with a messy heap of paperwork in every one. Report cards, permanent records, tax returns, orders for equipment... but nothing to suggest a code.

There's a few of paperback novels at the end, no doubt the personal favorites of the principal. You flick through the pages of them for a hidden code, but you can't see anything. You do, however, find an old, beaten and worn copy of Fahrenheit 451, raising an eyebrow.

"Try 451, Ben," you say.

You wait hesitantly for a moment.

"No luck," Ben says.

"Fuck it, fine, keep looking."
