Scour the Earth

Gus decided to check the planet before he searched space, a long shot since the papers had said that all of the traces of Kryptonite had been destroyed. However, after running a program to see if any thing hit the planet about the same time as the elements of Kryptonite had along with a search program... he had found something.

Using the account that Webster had set up, he made sure to get what he had found back to his boss.

Which was why he was with him and his two ladies in the man's office. Ross looked at Gus as he asked, "So you found Kryptonte?"

"I found something, boss. From the program I made, it came from Krypton and fell on Earth the same time as those chunks of the Green Stuff. The thing is... while it's was crystal like the old stuff, it was..." Started Gus as he showed pictures of the samples he had.

"Isn't it suppose to be, you know, Green?" asked Lorelei, looking at the many different shades of colour of the crystals before her.

"Gus, are you..." started Ross, but was interupted.

It was Vera who save Gus, "Gus had the lab techs look at them and compare them to known Kryptonite data. They are all Kryptonite, it's just that it has different chemical impurities. Which alters the radiation wavelengths, which includes colour.

So in essence we have multiple unknown tools to use against Superman."

"We have no idea what these Kryptonite crystals will do to him? What good is that?"

"Well, man, I did run some predictive models on what effect they would have on him. But they're just guesses based on what we know of Supes and Green K. Other then secretly testing them on him, it's the best we got."

Gus saw Ross as he began to plot and plan, using his mind to way risk over reward for each option he had been given. Maybe a few Gus didn't see, before he decided on a plan of action.
