Scoop her up and toss her to the ropes!
Not missing a beat you reach down and grab Heather's arms, tugging her back to her feet and whipping her towards the ropes, setting her up for a clothesline on the return. She runs along aimlessly, her eyes glazed over and her long blonde mane whipping in the air behind her before hitting the ropes chest first with a grunt of pain.
Heather bounces back and stumbles rapidly towards you, and you step forward and swing your arm out to clothesline her.... But she regains her senses at the very last moment and ducks under your clothesline! As your outstretched arm passes over the mare, you feel a pair of hands grab your hips from behind, and Heather's powerful thigh muscles tense as she shoves off the mat with them.
Heather lifts with all her might and manages to flip you end over end in a german suplex, smashing your face into the mat behind her with a thunderous WHAM!!! You're left seeing stars as she holds you in place, your ass up in the air and your feet resting to either side of your head.
