Dr. Nora - A head scientist of Team Rocket and the wife of Dr. Victor. Nora is a can be as cold as her husband to her enemies but can be equally friendly to her allies. She is happily married to Victor and in the early stages of pregnancy.

Dr. Lilian - A joyful and childlike personality that hides an intellectually gifted mind. She is one of the friendlier scientists on Team Rocket. She can also be absent-minded at times.
