School tour

Her voice heightens in pitch as she declares the first orientation activity… the school tour.

“Get out of the room you all,” she says. “I’m going to take you around the school.”

The class is sherpeded into two lines of ten people each. You find yourself somewhere in the middle, partnered by a short and tan brunette who quickly introduces herself to you as Madison. That makes her one of your roommates, according to the paper which Mrs Nelson had handed out just now - not a form, but a series of administrative details. The two of you will be bunking in the end of the same room at the end of each school day, along with two other girls called Nicole and Elaine, who you still have no idea of. Hopefully neither is that leggy blonde.

You make small talk as you walk, trying not to ogle her body too obviously. She’s having a hard time meeting your eyes too. Thankfully, you’re saved by Kristine, your tour guide, stopping.
