Scenario 3: Escaped Experiment

Kept far from Zootopia's prying eyes is a special experiment one that would be the future of Zootopia in trying times. A fail safe, a being able to breed with both males and females, capable of granting others it's own unique abilities, and with strong body and genes they would ensure strong offspring... but perhaps someone is a bit lazy with the check-ups, or perhaps someone pities it being caged up never knowing when it will come out... or perhaps the experiment is much stronger than they believed it to be, one of these possibilities could lead to it's escape...
