Once on, the Doctor looked in the mirror. She knew why her new self was so different from her old selves. The War had been devastating, traumatic and completely avoidable. She (as he) had refused to fight at first but had been drawn in when she'd seen the Universe burning.

Thinking not only of the sheer loss of life, but also of all of her enemies and couldn't help but wish that it was easier to deal with them that didn't involve ****, as well as wished that there could be Time Lords out there or more in the future. Hopefully with this new body was the answer.

As she wished this, the Doctor didn't notice the gem in her necklace glow, as the Hazandra Wishing Stone (from the episode The Return of Doctor Mysterio. as suggested by the one called 'Forcy' though i haven't done it exactly as you suggested) granted her wish.

Once dressed - for now at least - the Doctor made her way to the console. Upon arriving she found that it had been retrofitted during her exploration and dressing.

The Tardis console room now had the appearance of a brothel, with comfortable seating around the console all able to have a clear view of the platforms in the four corners with stripper poles.

The center column was pale violet in color and, from a certain angle, almost looked like a penis moving up and down, in and out of a V shaped slot in the ceiling.

"Oh, wow!" she exclaimed as she took in her new Tardis, perfectly fitting for her new outlook on life and the Universe. "You've redecorated. I love it!" she complemented the new look.
