Scarlet's Address

Cad had experience in this city, and it did not take him long to navigate to the provided address. Surprisingly, it was in Government Center, far from the hero's usual stomping ground. What business did Scarlet have up here? The address seemed to be one of the few residential buildings in the area, reserved only for the officials and their staff. Climbing down to the correct room, Cloak expertly broke the window lock and scurried inside.

This was obviously the home of a wealthy government official, the room lavishly decorated. It seemed that Cad had entered a living room of sorts. From the looks of it nobody was awake, the apartment completely silent.
