Sasuke breaks down on his own and completely reverts to a crybaby.

As Konohamaru raised up Sasuke’s chin in order to get him to look upon his new EMS eyes, but while he was doing that Sasuke had been caught in a bit of a mental cyclone at the way things had just turned out for him…

For most of his life, he was training himself so that he could be the one to avenge the death of his clan at the hands of his brother by bringing down Itachi himself and then resurrect the Uchiha clan by himself if need be…But now, that dream was no longer possible for multiple reasons, for starters, it wasn’t him who finished off Itachi, it was Konohamaru…

Another thing was the fate of the Uchiha clan, Konohamaru already made it clear to Sasuke that once they got back to the Leaf that he would be adopting Sasuke into the Sarutobi clan as his little brother, not even the Uchiha name would be left to him as well as the Sharingan for whatever reason, he wasn’t able to call upon anymore, along with that Konohamaru had awakened the Sharingan as well, seemingly able to do so thanks to distant Uchiha heritage which meant that the Sharingan was no longer an exclusive kekkei genkai to the Uchiha clan, it could very well pass itself along the Sarutobi line, meaning that the Uchiha could very well be erased from history…

To further complicate this along further, the death of Itachi and how Konohamaru had been acting towards him ever since they had that battle near Orochimaru’s hideout, was already awakening something long thought dead within Sasuke, that of his true personality, the little crybaby and the further and further they went together, the more this was coming out…

And it was at that moment where Konohamaru raised up Sasuke’s chin to make him look him in the eyes that everything within Sasuke that had been holding him back from fully accepting this finally broke down, Konohamaru did it, his big brother was really that strong, and he could count on him to protect him!

With that overshadowing him, Sasuke couldn’t help but cry tears of happiness as he soon launched himself forward into a hug for Konohamaru, clutching him tightly to him as he repeatedly said into Konohamaru’s shirt, “T-thank you big brother!” over and over as Naruto, Karin, Udon and Moegi looked on with some shock in their eyes as Konohamaru had a wide smile on his face as he could feel that Sasuke truly accepted this now…

Sasuke just continued to hug away into Konohamaru’s chest, his tears beginning to make Konohamaru’s shirt all wet as Konohamaru chuckled and ruffled Sasuke’s hair saying, “You’re welcome little brother” before smiling as Sasuke soon let up on the clutching hug he had on his big brother and pulled back a little, allowing Konohamaru to get a good look at Sasuke…

With tears still in his reddened eyes, the quivering lip that Sasuke had on ever since that little outburst of gratitude, it made Sasuke look absolutely adorable, the perfect image of a little brother, one that Konohamaru would be very happy to have as his own little brother…

With that Konohamaru smiled wide and just poked Sasuke in the forehead just because he could making Sasuke tear up and giggle a little inside, something in him had finally reemerged and now he was the little crybaby he was before the Massacre had ever happened…

Konohamaru wouldn’t deny that he was very happy with the way things had gone as he hugged Sasuke again and let his little brother cling to him afterwards, shifting him to the point where he was straddling him up against his hip before soon transitioning him into a piggyback position as Karin and Naruto looked on with a jealous look in Naruto’s eyes as Sasuke got to be piggybacked by Konohamaru…

With that Konohamaru soon said, “Let’s get going, we’ve got to get back on the way back to Konoha” walking off leading the others away from the body of Itachi Uchiha which Udon and Moegi had finished sealing up for the bounty on him to be collected…

They soon caught up with the back of the group as Konohamaru continued to piggyback Sasuke away as Naruto clung to Karin while being as close to Konohamaru as he could with Udon and Moegi bringing up the rear with the body sealed up in a scroll for them…

However they were coming up on a small town on the road back to Konoha to which Konohamaru quickly noted a sign for a children’s clothing store along the main road out of the town before soon deciding to lead them off into that before they got back going…

Konohamaru soon let down Sasuke who looked like he wanted more but with a look from Karin soon backed away from now as Konohamaru looked around the clothes on display, having an idea for Sasuke’s size after the long piggyback here before soon finding something that he quite liked the look of before pulling it off of the shelves and soon leading Sasuke into the fitting room to have him put it on for him…

Soon enough, Konohamaru soon led Sasuke out of the fitting room with Sasuke now wearing a cat-ear hoodie with a pair of matching shorts that made it look like Sasuke was practically wearing a onesie, something that Karin and Moegi couldn’t help themselves from fawning over Sasuke and how cute he looked as Naruto again looked on in jealousy before Konohamaru soon spotted another outfit similar to that and pulled Naruto into the fitting room as well, before soon dragging him out to show off a matching fox-ear hoodie and matching shorts set, while not the copycat look that Konohamaru really wanted for Naruto, something like this would be perfect for Naruto every once in a a while as he paid for their outfits to the store clerk and soon got going on their way back to Konoha, walking back the road and while in particular Konohamaru had planned to take the long way back to Konoha, just to show off Sasuke and Naruto more, something in his gut told him he should head back to Konoha as soon as possible and so went back the fast way, leading his team and fan club along the way…

What would they encounter as they head back to Konoha?
