Sarah gets the hang of her new powers

"I think the magic from that spell was transferred to you!" You say, staring at your hovering sister, a look of shock on your face.

"What do you mean 'the magic from that spell'?! What is happening to me? And how do I get down?!"

"Just try to focus, and think about what you want to do. Imagine your body floating back down to the ground."

"Can you guys hurry this up?! I think they're getting ready to charge us!" Denise screamed at the both of you.

Both you and Denise look up at your sister, hoping that she can harness whatever power she now possesses to hold back the rogue outfits. Thankfully, your prayers are answered, and her eyes glow bright pink as she lowers back down to the ground.

"Wow, I think I have the hang of this now! Or at least I'm starting to." She says after her toes land on the ground.

"Well then could you please do something about the clothes that are about to attack us?!" You say in desperation.

Your mother's workout outfits, led by her biking suit start to rush towards the three of you, and you and Denise think that you're doomed. That is, until you hear your sister start to take charge.

"STOP!" Sarah screams, her eyes glowing bright pink again, and everything in the room freezes, including you and Denise. She then extends a hand towards the outfits, and they collapse and fold into a neat pile.

"Phew, that was a close one." Denise says, looking at you with a relieved look on her face.

"Thanks Sarah, I thought they had us there for a moment. You really saved our asses!"

"I'm glad someone could finally get a handle on the situation." Sarah replies.

"So, how about we look in the book and find out how to reverse that spell?" You say, looking for the book. "There it is, over by the stack of clothes." You make your way over to where the book was laying on the ground, but as you were about to reach down to grab it, it floats up in the air, and out of your reach. You watch as the book floats over to Sarah, and hovers in front of her expectantly.

"How about we don't do that. I quite like my new powers, and have no intention of giving them up." Sarah said, as the book opened up on its own in front of her, the pages flipping by themselves. "In fact, I think I could probably acquire a few more abilities if I used this book right, and that's just what I'll do." You could see a devilish smile form on your sister's face, a smile that made you very worried.

Your sister raised her body back up into the air, and took a seating position, like she was sitting on an invisible chair. "Let's see, what spell should I try out?"

"Sarah, you really shouldn't mess with that, you don't know what you're doing!" Denise told her.

"That's why I'm going to learn and find out! These powers are just too fun, I want to see what other magic I can learn."

"You can't do this! Give the book back, now!" You commanded, but you knew what kind of response you would get from your sister, now that she had tasted power. Unfortunately for you, your instincts were correct.

"Oh, and are you going to try and stop me Adam?" She replied with a giggle, finding it cute that you you thought you could tell her what to do. "I don't think you're in a position to be making demands." You looked back to the pile of folded workout outfits, and saw that they were coming back to life, but this time, they seemed to move as if they were being controlled by...your sister. Of course, how could this get any worse.

You spoke too soon as the door to the basement flew open, and some of Sarah's outfits from her closet marched down the stairs, led by her red nike sneakers. Both her outfits and your mother's outfits formed a perimeter around Sarah, making it so that you and Denise had no way of reaching Sarah, or the book. "The more I use my new power, the more I find I can do, and the easier it gets. I have no intention of stopping now!"

"Sarah please! You have to stop th-mmm, MMMM!" You started to say, but as you were speaking, Sarah held a finger up to her lips, her eyes still glowing bright pink, and one of her animated socks flew over to you, and shoved its foot into your mouth, making it impossible for you to speak.

"Denise? You have anything to add?"

"N-no, I d-don't." Denise answered, fearful of how powerful Sarah was becoming, and what she might be able to do.

"Now, where was I? Oh that's right! I was going to find some new magic powers! Let's see, what spell should I use first?"
