Samus runs and hides

"Attention. Attention." a robotic voice echoed through the park. "A violent instigator is currently on the loose in your area. Disperse from area. Disperse from area. Disperse from area."

The screaming robot caught the attention of everyone nearby as it scuttled across the park. Although these passersby attention was quickly stolen by the naked blonde streaking in front of it.

"Shut up you stupid scrap heap!" Samus angrily yelled, "You've drawing way too much attention."

Samus needed to escape this mechanical menace and the crowds of oglers as soon as possible. She saw a path to a back alley between some buildings up ahead and sprinted over out of sight. She was safe from the crowds, but not the robot which continued to pursue her. She kept running but the alley was one way, so there were no side paths she could take to try and lose it. Samus worried the back alley would lead to a dead end. Leaving her at the mercy of this overachieving automaton.

Her fears were, almost, realized when she took a turn and saw a brick wall in her path. Samus heart sank for a minute. Until she noticed the small window at the base of the wall. It was just big enough for her yet still too small for the bot. Samus smiled. She leaned back letting herself fall. Her forearm and hips hit the concrete ground as the forward momentum from her run pushed her towards the window. If a normal person tried this their skin would be ripped apart, but fortunately Samus was above average in more ways than just her figure. To her Chozo enhanced skin this felt like little more than a scratching a bad itch. Samus easily slid through the opening and out of the reach of the robot. Now relatively safe Samus stood up and took a breath. However after surveying her new surroundings Samus realized it might be a little early for that.
