Samuels Phone Rings Again

As Sam was eating the last bits of his breakfast the phone in his pocket rung for it had received a message. Taking it out and opening up the phone the message read, “Congrats, if you have received this message that means you have been chosen as the beta tester for the [HYPNOSIS APP], if the app in question has not installed on your cellular device please contact **** *** *** for customer support, Further information is found in the [HYPNOSIS APP], Thank You.”

“Dammit.” Sam thinks to himself he must’ve hit some sketchy advertisement or something. He heads over to the icon he had seen earlier and hits it to see what this thing is all about. “Well I’m done eating” announces Patricia as she gets up takes all the empty dishes she had and heads over to the sink.

Looking back down Samuel notices new next that had appeared when he first opened the app. It read “ BETA TESTER, this text is proof that the [HYPNOSIS APP] has been successfully integrated and installed into your device, The [HYPNOSIS APP] is a series of specialized programs that allows the user to shape and manipulate a SUBJECTS, Mental Pattern, Senses, Motor Functions, Perception of Surroundings, Personality, Ect. These programs can be as big as for example, Changing a SUBJECTS perception of time substantially, or as minor as making someone like chocolate cake instead of vanilla. To begin the Test, first you need to take a picture of your desired SUBJECT with the [HYPNOSIS APP]’s inbuilt camera.

Samuel was puzzled, if this was just a simple joke or a scam why go through the effort of building an entire app with instructions with such a vague and ludicrous premise. Humored by this seemingly joke app and not having much else of anything to do he looked at Patricia humming a small tune while diligently doing her dishes. Silently Sam turned over and when she was in frame of the camera he snapped a picture while she wasn’t looking.
