Sakura burst in the door wondering why Tsunade was moaning

Naruto suddenly stopped when he heard feet at the door. Quickly he hide all the sex toys and redressed and got into a more Hokage like position and waited for the person to enter. Hearing a knock at the door in came Sakura, opening the door and poking her head in.

"Tsu-tsunade-sama! What on are you doing! "I hear you moaning from outside" Sakura questioned, shocked possibly the 5th Hokage was doing in the room. Naruto took one look at her guest before a seductive smile formed on her lips. "Hello Sakura my student, would you care to come in, I was going over private impotent Hokage matters. That was just a jutsu that I am coming up with that helps the user recover quicker, it requres me to moan." Naruto said trying to sound as Tsunade like as possible.

Sakura was still a little suspicious and entered. "Okay well anyway Lady Hokage, I was hoping you had more time to teach me more about the medical arts. I've been sitting at home bored for a few days and with the danger increasing in the ninja world, I might need it." she said.

Naruto tried not to burst out laughing right there and then. Sakura was coming to him for training and she didn't even know it. It didn't work, and he did burst out laughing; "HAAA HAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Naruto laughed.

"What's so funny Lady Hokage?" Sakura looked annoyed. Naruto chuckled a little more.

"No-nothing!" he managed to respond. "I'll give you some training. This stuffs gonna rock your world, believe it!" Naruto said.

"Believe it, Naruto?" Sakura said confused.

Damn it, Naruto thought. She must've seen through my clever dialogue. I was sure no one could ever see through my facade. It was too brilliant, being exactly like Tsunade. That must have been what tipped her off. ...Or maybe my acting skills need work.

"I mean, I believe you can do it" Naruto said trying to cover his mistake.

"You sure are acting weird Tsunade, are you sure your Naruto, Naruto using his transformation jutsu!" Sakura said.

Naruto has to prove to Sakura that he is the real Tsunade so he did what Tsunade could do in a stressful moment.

Naruto used Tsunade's strength to break apart the Hokage table in front of her, splitting it half.

"Is that enough proof for you miss? How dare you think I am Naruto, I am the Fifth, you will treat me as such!" Naruto said using his best angry Tsunade voice.

"I'm so sorry Lord Fifth please forgive me" Sakura said in fear.

"That's okay Sakura I'll train you" Naruto said.

"ANBU clean this up" naruto yelled out as the ANBU appeared and replaced the desk. Soon after the mess was cleaned Shizune burst through the door Tonton walking behind her as she carried a stack of paper as tall as she was. Face scrunched in anger she placed the stack on the desk as she said with a tone used for scolding a child "Lady Tsunade its time to do your paperwork no slacking off this time" with a smile still on her face Naruto said "Of course Shizune I'll be right on then" not expecting that answer Shizune almost fell over mouth hitting the floor in shock not knowing what to say she just left, with Shizune gone Naruto pronounced her jutsu with a cross hand seal "Kage bunshin" as she made 3 clones to do her paper work as Sakura watched.
