Sabrina takes Skylar to her room

Skylar is about to pull off her top for her when Sabrina laughs, “Out here in front of everyone? That’s funny! Come over to my room, I’ll give you a change of clothes.”

She takes Skylar away, leaving you with Chelsea, Olivia and Emma. You all quietly wait until Emma breaks the silence by asking you, “So… how do you know Sabrina?”

“Me?” You need a moment to figure out how much you should be revealing to her. “I’m a friend from work. I’m John, by the way.”

“Ah… nice to meet you John,” Emma says as she grabs a glass of wine to sip. “You sure you’re just a work friend? Seems like there’s more to it than that if you’re coming over on a Friday night…”

“Well,” you start, feeling a little uncomfortable at the questioning. You have to answer carefully so that you don’t reveal too much about your real relationship, but you can’t outright lie or Emma might ask Sabrina a similar question and the answers would contradict each other. “We sort of found a mutual interest and things built up from there…”

“Oh? What sort of interest?” Emma asks you, intrigued. She might be able to find a job as an interrogator with the way she’s latching onto the most uncomfortable subjects.

When you take a little too long to come up with an answer, Chelsea chimes in. “Live Streaming! We’re all into that sort of thing, mostly a hobby.”

“Really?” Emma replies. “I never would have thought Sabrina would be into that sort of thing. Like her streaming in front of everyone?” Emma picks up her phone and asks, “What’s her channel?”

You give Chelsea a worried look and she responds in kind.

“She’s still working on it,” Olivia cuts in. “It’s not live yet.”

“Oh,” Emma says, putting her phone down. “Typical Sabrina, always needing to make sure everything is perfect before going through with it.” She shrugs it off and asks,m “What about you guys? Do you have channels?”

“I uh… mostly do the behind the scenes stuff,” you reveal, looking at the others.

“I did a little bit, but stopped after a while,“ Chelsea admits.

“I got one here,” Olivia says, taking out her own phone. “It’s LivLoveLoot. It’s mostly me playing dungeon crawlers.” She hands her phone over to Emma to check out some of the VOD content.

“Oh cool!” Emma says, after seeing some of the material. “Is this easy to do?”

“Yeah, I have a basic setup so it’s nothing spectacular, but some streamers have really topped out rigs,” Olivia explains, ”You could blow your budget on your computer, cameras, lights and audio, not to mention added features like subscriber emotes, notification alerts, animations. Some people spend loads on custom art for their sites.”

You breathe a sigh of relief as Olivia provides evidence for your mutual hobby that doesn’t incriminate Sabrina as a smut peddler. The conversation ebbs and flows from there, chatting about popular streamers and jobs that Emma could look for and possible apartment locations.

Finally, Skylar and Sabrina emerge from her room. They both have a look on their faces like they are up to something. They clearly spent the time away from the group planning some sort of scheme against Emma. You feel a little slighted for being left out of the conspiracy, but are curious about how it will unfold.
