Saber's Thoughts

Saber sat outside the door to Shirou's room, remaining alert for anything Caster might try. All while she was on guard, she heard the sounds of Shirou and Sakura's coupling. The noises from inside the room had just died done and it seemed like the two had gone to sleep.

While they were going at it, Saber heard them talk about Sakura being a sex ****. She had suspected Shirou used the notebook to turn Sakura into a sex ****. But because she did not have proof, she decided to keep an eye on them, to see if Shirou was abusing her. But from what she saw, he was treating her well, if not better, than he was before. The conversation she heard between them told Saber that Shirou was not mistreating her and that Sakura wanted to be treated that way.

It is not like I have much experience with that kind of stuff, Saber thought. Guinevere and I did not do anything adventurous. Maybe Lancelot did.

That thought brought up images of her battle against him during the last Grail War.

Saber shook that thought out of her head. She did not need to get worked up about what happened back then. She needed to stay focused on the present, so she could prevent something like that from happening again.

Saber sat in silence for a few moments, before another thought came into her mind.

If I did not become king, would I have had a husband like Shirou?
