A splash of cold water hit Thelma on the head as she stepped through the door to the Foundation cafeteria. She looked up, and saw a bucket dangling from a string.

"Huh," she said. "What's that about?"

"Oh my gosh," said a slim, nerdy-looking brunette with big round glasses. "I got someone! I finally got someone!"

"So you did, Felicity," said Security Officer Carol Song, stepping forward. She grabbed hold of Thelma's upper arm and dragged her towards the center of the room, where a table awaited. "But we should make sure it worked?"

"Make sure what worked?" protested Thelma, as she was bent over the table. Song's grip was too strong for her to resist. "What's going on? Let me go! Why isn't anyone helping me?"

There was a chorus of jeers and cries of "You deserve it!" from the gathered staff. Song pinned Thelma down and nodded to Felicity, who grabbed the back of Thelma's skirt. She yanked the garment down around Thelma's ankles, exposing a plump, squeezable bottom clad in tight orange cotton panties. A small red target-shaped symbol was visible on her left cheek.

"Aaah! What the hell?" Thelma kicked and squirmed, red-faced, as the laughter of the crowd rang in her ears. Dr. Blithe was there, and Emilia, and Miguel from Theoretical Malevolence, who she'd developed a gigantic crush on. And they were all being so mean! Even meaner than they normally were! "This is against Foundation policy! I'll tell the Ethics Department! Let me go!"

"I'm afraid not," said Carol, as Felicity grabbed the back of Thelma's panties and proceeded to pull them up as far as she could between the unlucky girl's plump butt-cheeks, giving her a devastating wedgie. "Dr. Brown got you fair and square. You're now host to ENF-147, which means you deserve to be bullied. Like, on a cosmic level. And every single person who sees you is going to know that."

"That's insane! Nobody deserves to be bullied!"

"Agree to disagree," said Carol, and slapped her butt. "Hey, who wants to see a stupid dork get her big fat bottom spanked?"

"Can we put it on Youtube?" said Dr. Blithe.

"It would be wrong if we didn't!"
