What's next?
Ruby wants to tell her best friend Jaune about the power.
Ruby couldn’t contain her excitement as she bounced up and down on the soles of her feet.
She had so much power at her fingertip, literally. All she had to do was poke someone in the back of the neck. Then not only could she be someone else and garner respect, but she could also blow them up into dolls that would obey her. If a few well-known people showed her respect, she bet everyone else would. No longer would Yang be able to tease her constantly, or others look down on her for her age.
One person didn’t though, her best friend Jaune.
As she thought about it, she smiled.
“I bet Jaune would love to have fun with skinsuits, guys like that right?” Ruby muttered to herself. “Yang and Weiss always said guys are pervert, but I’ve seen the filth Blake reads. Jaune’s a good guy, but he’ll do this with me, right?”
The stone corrupted her making her think the power was okay, But Jaune was not under that power. He would still have his morals. Ruby didn’t know she was corrupted but understood Jaune would be hesitant to use it on others. The solution would be to show him how fun it is.
But how?
Ruby had been rushing to find her friend, but skidded to a stop.
“Jaune would be hesitant, but what if I show him how cool this is?” Ruby thought to herself. “I’ll trick him into putting on a skinsuit and I’m sure he’ll love it! The question is who?”
Weiss was an obvious choice. Jaune had a huge crush on her. Not only that, if Ruby chose Weiss, they could hang out together. However, if she chose Weiss, Ruby couldn't wear a skinsuit and hang out with ‘Weiss’ easily. She needed two people who were partners or hung out a lot. Maybe Blake and Yang? They would be easily accessible.
Ruby shook her head.
Yang was her sister and would probably be weird. Jaune also had blonde sisters, so that might be harder for him to accept. Thinking through it, a girl for Jaune would be the best choice, but not a blonde one.
“Hmm, Velvet and Coco are second years, but they would work.” Ruby muttered. “No one messes with Coco, so if we’re together, no one would bother us. Maybe Cinder and Emerald? Same dynamic. Hmm... who should I choose?”
There were a lot of teams at Beacon now with the Vytal Festival around the corner.
