Ruby does.

"Um... Are you a robot or something?" Ruby asked Penny.

"Er... I am not supposed to answer that," Penny said nervously.

Right... She only had to answer Jaune honestly... So... "Penny, are you... A robot?" he asked.

"Why yes, I am!" she said in a chipper tone.

"...okay..." he said, mind racing. How would the Note affect her then if she was a machine? "And your creators just let you run around?"

"Err... No... I kind of wandered away from my handlers..." she replied.

Interesting... So she was here for the Festival, her makers, most likely Atlas people, probably wanted to test her abilities here. And Jaune was pretty interested in testing the Note on her, to see what effects it could have on a robot. "So, you don't have any kind of sexual capability?"

"No, I was designed for combat, though I bet I could be designed for sex, whatever that is, too!"

...maybe the Note could affect her because it considered her alive somehow? She must be a sentient machine, if a bit... Sheltered. Which made sense, if she was literally the first robot made like this, they'd want to keep her protected.

"Who made you, and who is in charge of you?" he asked.

"General Ironwood is in charge of me while I am here, my teammates are my handlers, primarily Ciel, and my creator is Pietro!" she said. "Though my teammates don't know I'm a machine, they were told to keep an eye on me..."

"Do you have any pictures of any of these people on your Scroll, and their first and last names?" Jaune asked. If he was going to be testing the Note on her, he had to keep people in the know about her from finding her alterations weird.

"No, don't have a scroll!" she said cheerfully. Figures. Wouldn't want her blowing the lid on this stuff, would they? Maybe he could build a scroll into her with the Note somehow? He knew that it didn't generally make non biological things, but maybe with a robot, it'd treat the tech that made her up as her biology?
