Ruby's super excited

"Me next! Do me!" Ruby practically yelled.

Jaune shrugged. "Sure," he said. Yang was still acting out her chicken trigger, and judging by how Blake was ogling the busty blonde, she wouldn't be able to stare at the watch too long anyway.

So Jaune put Ruby into a trance like her sister. He could go a bit further with her, as not only was she a bit more lax than Yang, but she was also super excited to be put under in the first place. Plus, she had a bit more trust in him.

"Ruby, any time I say 'Resting Red', you'll return to this trance-like state," he said. "And Yang and Blake can deprogram you if necessary, but they can't remove your Resting Red trigger."
