Route 201-1 (Loss P1)

Stepping out onto route 201 you feel the breeze blow through your long hair, it's a beautiful spring day and you are about to begin your Pokémon Journey! If you turned left at the branching path here you would return to Lake Verity, but rather than head for the lake, this time you turn right, where you are immediately blocked by tall grass, at least to your waist in height. Now it's time to be careful, in that grass could be a plethora of wild Pokémon, and while your Piplup is quite powerful you know too many battles could be disastrous. You steel yourself gathering courage, and begin walking forward, into your future, into your journey.

A moment of calm passes and the breeze blowing bends and twists the grass before you. You however are on edge as you walk through the grass keeping your eyes peeled for movement. Shortly a Starly bursts upwards from the grass, dive bombing you as soon as it can. Taking a quick step back you call forth. "Go Piplup!" and you toss the pokeball clipped onto your side. Turtwig bursts forth ready for battle with a confident cry.

"Luup!" He yells, awaiting your orders.

"Piplup, Pound!" The Pokémon bursts forth at your command charging at the Starly who, failing to dodge the attack slams into the ground almost bouncing from the **** of the flipper. Starly calls out angrily attempting to stand. Hesitating to shout another command Starly stands and lands a tackle of its own.

"One more time Piplup!" You shout, and Piplup obeys slamming Starly with its flipper and knocking the small bird ****.

Once more continuing cautiously through the tall grass, you keep your eyes peeled, and sure enough a wild Bidoof bursts from the tall grass not to long after the battle with Starly. "Get him Piplup!" You call having not yet even returned him to his pokeball. Piplup bursts forth and lands a Pound on the Bidoof, who follows up with a tackle of his own. The trade off goes back and forth for a few hits, but your now moderately wounded Piplup comes out on top, and even grows stronger from the battle.
